Campaigns: In circumstances where the ICHR is involved in a campaign which involves legal action or challenge and in circumstances where you wish to partake or become a plaintiff or complainant in any such legal action or challenge, the ICHR may request information from you such as your name, address, details of your business (should the action involve your business) which might include CRO number, year of incorporation or establishment, number of employees, turnover and profit, accounts and any other information deemed relevant to the legal action or challenge. This information will be collected/used only with your knowledge and permission, stored on our database and retained for as long as legally necessary.

Memberships / Mailing Lists: As part of our membership registration we ask members for contact information such as your name, email, postal address or telephone/mobile numbers. We use this information to keep members up to date on our campaigns, projects and other activities. This information may be used to check that our records are right and to check that you are happy and satisfied. We do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing us at [email protected].
Donations: If you make a donation to ICHR you will be asked to provide personal information such as your name, postal address, e-mail address and certain bank details (such as account number, credit card, and/or debit card number). This information is collected/used only with your knowledge and permission, stored on our database and retained for as long as legally necessary.
